Run Up to Service on Sunday

7:30 - 7:55 - Arrive and Set up

8:00 : Take out the Lights & Chair

• If the person doing sound is not on hand take the desk out first

8:15 - Connect Screen and make sure it is working

8:20 - Connect Lights and make sure they are working

8:30 - Run through Worship List to Screen

8:35 - Check that the Announcement video is working

8:40 - Check the Preachers Presentation

8:45 - Set the Announcement Video to run continually

9:05 - Stop Announcement Video an put up Announcement Slide

After the Service on Sunday

10:45  Pack-up Begins 

1. Unnplug and roll up HDMI cables
2. Dismantle & take lights & chair to the store room
